Refunds & Exchanges
As all our items are on-sale items, we only offer a return of goods service to those items that are damaged on arrival or bears a defect in quality.
Under our policy, you are entitled to a refund if there is damages or a quality condition with the purchased product upon arrival. Under these circumstances, photo evidence of the condition your product arrived in, along with proof of purchase must be provided to hello@fakesmile.shop
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once you have emailed us with your receipt and photo evidence of damages, please wait patiently for our team to get back to you.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 business days.
Timeframes
Please be aware, for products damaged on arrival, that you have 72 hours upon confirmed reception of goods to contact our support team with photo evidence and receipt.
For quality defects, you have 15 natural days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please be aware that during busy times, disputes could take up to 60 natural days. So please be patient as our team has not responded to your emails immediately.
Shipping Policy

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
As we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Prices
fakesmile.shop utilises multiple global shipping and logistics enterprises. Shipping prices are calculated based on product weight and distance. While products are sourced from all over the world, fakesmile.shop endeavours to offer the most competitive prices to our valued customers.
fakesmile.shop does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can view your order status via the fakesmile.shop website, in the My Accounts tab.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
fakesmile.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
fakesmile.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@fakesmile.shop to file a claim and await further assessment.
